This has been a long, challenging last year. For my kids Spring Break, we wanted to just getaway and planned a roadtrip south. While we were in Phoenix, we drove down to Saguaro National Park and did some hiking. I painted this later that night from reference pics I took while the actual colors were still fresh on my mind.
